My Mission
About me
Hi and welcome to something bold and outside the norm. My name is Victor Leoncavallo, and my journey has taken me through the bustling streets of New York City as an MTA Bus Operator and into the life-altering challenges of being a NYC fireman. Unfortunately, my time as a fireman was cut short due to lung conditions, but this setback ignited a new passion within me to inspire the next generation. I believe that our youth have untapped potential waiting to be cultivated, and I am committed to guiding them towards building a life of wealth and knowledge in vital trades that are in desperate need of skilled workers.
My VISION
My vision is not just to teach, but to empower young men and women with valuable skills and insights from a diverse group of world-class instructors. These mentors will include active and retired members of the military and first responders, all of whom possess a wealth of real-world experience and expertise. Together, we can create an environment where aspiring entrepreneurs can flourish, starting from a young age and equipping them with the tools they need to achieve financial independence. With the Victor Voltage business model, my dream is to see these young individuals not only succeed but to retire early, enabling them to enjoy the fruits of their labor and live life on their own terms.
This initiative is more than just a business model; it is a movement towards changing the narrative around skilled trades and entrepreneurship in our society. I am passionate about seeing this vision spread across all 50 states, and I know that with the right framework, we can make it happen. The journey starts here, and I invite you to join me in this mission to uplift and empower the next generation. Together, we can lay the groundwork for a future filled with opportunities and success, ensuring that our young leaders are well-equipped to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. Let’s roll up our sleeves and make this dream a reality!
Donations
Donating to the Victor Voltage ecosystem is more than giving money — it’s helping build real opportunity for kids, adults, veterans, and first responders through skills, structure, and a clear path forward.
Why it matters
Your support helps create Voltage Institute Scholarships, so people who can’t afford tuition still get a real shot at learning a trade and building a stable life.
Where donations go in the beginning
In the early stages, donations help fund what’s needed to open the doors, including:
Land acquisition for Voltage Institute
Site prep + utilities (grading, power, water, permits)
Voltage Institute construction (classrooms, shops, training bays)
Tools + equipment for hands-on training
Scholarship funding to launch enrollment
Free graduate tool kits so graduates can start working immediately with the gear they need to jumpstart their careers
After the early stages are complete
Once the foundation is built and students are flowing through the program, donations help us scale the mission, including:
Expanded scholarships (more seats, more families helped)
Program expansion into more trades and certifications
Facility growth (more classrooms, larger training bays, more equipment)
More free tool kits and career-launch support for graduates
Community growth initiatives that strengthen local workforce and opportunity
Every donation helps turn this into something real — a place where people don’t just learn… they graduate ready to earn.
